The Integration Mesh

Built around the tools
you already work with.

Good people.
Less busywork.

Your team wasn’t hired to move information from one app to another. That’s where we come in.

Workflow automation

Connect the steps between your tools. Route information, update records, and keep work moving without another copy-paste.

Inbox triage, lead routing, application intake, follow-ups, and custom API integrations. We start with a real handoff in your business and build around it.

Custom AI agents

Give repetitive thinking a helping hand. Read documents, organize information, and answer questions from your knowledge.

Candidate screening, knowledge assistants, document interpretation, and lead research. We define where AI helps, where it needs context, and where a person stays in the loop.

Dashboards & custom apps

Bring scattered information into focus. Build the interface your team needs, not another tool to work around.

Operational dashboards, internal portals, and supporting backends. We connect the underlying systems and agree on ongoing care as part of the scope.

Less back-and-forth.
More forward.

Not another app to manage. A better connection between the ones you have.

An inquiry with a clear next step.

Give each incoming inquiry an owner and keep the next action visible for follow-up.

Illustrative workflows, separate from the recorded support-triage demo. Each build is scoped around your tools and requirements.

A clear path.
Not a black box.

From the first conversation to the everyday details. Here’s how we work together.

  1. 01

    Understand the work.

We look at the handoffs, the tools, and the repetitive steps. Together, we choose a useful place to start.

    A workflow map
  2. 02

    Build the right connections.

We define the scope, design the workflow, and test it against the way your business actually operates.

    A working system
  3. 03

    Keep things moving.

We walk your team through the result and agree on the monitoring, support, and improvements your system needs.

you are.

No need to arrive with a technical brief. A repetitive task and a conversation are a good start.

A few practical things to know before we get started.

Discuss another workflow

What does an automation actually do day-to-day?

It takes over the repetitive steps between the tools you already use: sorting incoming mail, pulling lead details into your CRM or sheets, drafting replies for review, screening applications against your criteria, or keeping a dashboard current. The point is fewer copy-paste loops for your team, not a new app they have to learn.

What does starting a project look like?

Start with a free 30-minute initial review. Bring one workflow. We’ll review the handoffs, check what your existing tools can handle, and recommend whether a small scoped build is worth testing. If you want us to implement it, we provide a written proposal with the scope, timeline, and price before any paid work begins.

Who is this a good fit for?

A useful starting point is recurring work, manual handoffs between tools or people, an owner who can explain the process, and enough volume to justify the setup. That can include inboxes, hiring, leads, or reporting across startups, e-commerce, recruitment, and service businesses. We review the workflow before recommending a build.

How do you scope time and timeline?

Around the agreed scope: the workflow, the systems it touches, and how much testing it needs. Access, feedback, and approvals from your side shape the schedule too, so the timeline is set in the proposal rather than promised up front.

How do you price a build?

The audit is free. Implementation is priced from your requirements in a custom quotation or statement of work. Unless agreed otherwise, it is 50% before work begins and 50% on delivery of the agreed deliverables, with any recurring API or maintenance cost stated up front. Fees are non-refundable once work has started.

What do you need from us to get started?

We need accurate process details, valid licenses for the connected tools, and limited access for the agreed work. You keep ownership of your accounts and data. We can hand over a build or agree on ongoing hosting and care. The proposal defines hosting, providers, access, logs, retention, support, and handover before live processing begins.

How do we measure whether it helped?

Before building, we agree on a baseline and the measures that matter for your workflow, such as response time, pending follow-ups, or manual handling. After testing the scoped build, we review observed results against that baseline and decide what to adjust. These measures help assess value; they are not a promise of savings or revenue.

What does the 30-day defect fix cover?

Before building, we agree in writing what the automation's core functions are. If it fails to perform those defined functions within 30 days of delivery, we fix it at no extra cost — you flag it in writing with evidence. That guarantee doesn't cover client-side changes, third-party outages, or scope added after the agreement.
