Credential checklist review
Workflow design — not yet built
Keep missing items and evidence requiring verification visible to a staffing coordinator.
The workflow
- Buyer problem
- A document upload can be mistaken for a verified credential or a complete placement checklist.
- Intended users
- Staffing credential coordinators; the prepared scenario uses a fictional California registered-nurse checklist.
- Inputs
- Fictional candidate and placement context, an explicitly versioned requirement set, document metadata, and mock issuer/reviewer evidence.
- Intended steps
- Validate the candidate, placement, and requirement-set binding.
- Compare required items with the available evidence.
- Flag missing, expired, mismatched, or unverified items.
- Prepare a coordinator-review packet with its missing-item list.
- Intended output
- An intended checklist review queue with item-level evidence gaps.
- Human review
- A coordinator checks identity differences and obtains authoritative issuer evidence where required. Reading a scan cannot establish a licence or authorize placement.
- Limitations
- The checklist is fictional, not a regulator or client-approved rule set. Issuer checks, secure uploads, authenticated review, ATS changes, and candidate messages are pending; no deployable status is demonstrated.
