Lead data enrichment review
Workflow design — not yet built
Fill agreed gaps in an existing lead while keeping sources, conflicts, and spend decisions visible.
The workflow
- Buyer problem
- Enrichment can overwrite first-party facts or trigger more lookups without resolving a source conflict.
- Intended users
- Sales operations teams reviewing the quality of existing lead records.
- Inputs
- Fictional first-party lead records, approved target fields, mock provider responses, per-field sources, and a proposed spend cap.
- Intended steps
- Validate the supplied lead identity and target fields.
- Check the mock budget before a proposed lookup.
- Merge permitted values while retaining sources and conflicts.
- Preview sufficient, partial, conflicting, or pending-review results.
- Intended output
- An intended field-change preview showing what is known, where it came from, and what remains unresolved.
- Human review
- A sales operator checks disputed facts and approves any destination change. Provider errors need retry or review rather than automatic paid fallback.
- Limitations
- Provider plans, billed credits, rate limits, evidence freshness, shared budget reservation, and CRM writeback are pending. Mock costs do not demonstrate savings or verified contact details.
