Maintenance intake review
Workflow design — not yet built
Screen a maintenance report for hazard signals before preparing a staffed review handoff.
The workflow
- Buyer problem
- Maintenance reports can mix urgent hazard language, incomplete descriptions, and uncertain resident identities.
- Intended users
- Property teams with a named coordinator and staffed on-call process.
- Inputs
- Fictional web-form reports, original issue text, source timestamps, media references, and mock resident/unit context.
- Intended steps
- Validate the intake and preserve the original report.
- Screen hazard terms before waiting on a roster lookup.
- Compare nonhazard reports with mock resident and unit information.
- Preview emergency, identity, coordinator, or missing-information review.
- Intended output
- An intended internal review packet with hazard and identity reasons.
- Human review
- A staffed person assesses hazard candidates and confirms the response. Coordinators resolve identity and missing information; a route preview is not an acknowledged emergency handoff.
- Limitations
- Hazard coverage, authoritative roster access, and staffed delivery remain unverified. Vendor dispatch, entry permission, resident messages, budget decisions, and invoice approval are outside this prepared slice.
